Why Casein Protein?
Since casein is one of the “slow” proteins, it is metabolized in the body over several hours – thus the amino acid level in the blood always remains constant. In contrast, whey protein is a fast protein that metabolizes very quickly. That means the time between taking and processing the amino acids in the target tissue is very short. Due to the long-lasting metabolism of casein, it is recommended to take it shortly before bedtime. Here, casein can especially bring out its muscle-preserving function (anitkatabole effect). This is why casein is often referred to as the night protein.
Is your Casein cold-processed (CFM)?
Yes, our micellar casein is cold processed. But what does cold processing actually mean? Here, the casein protein is obtained by means of cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). The processing process works without chemicals. Casein protein, which is processed by means of CFM, is therefore one of the purest and highest quality proteins. The CFM filtration process ensures that the casein has the highest possible content of essential amino acids. These are those amino acids that the body needs but can not generate by itself.
What does organic quality mean?
All our raw materials are sourced exclusively from certified organic agriculture, where the use of antibiotics, pesticides and other chemical additives is strictly prohibited. Thus, we can offer products of the highest quality and purity. Organic certified products also promote animal welfare and ecological, sustainable agriculture. Organic products are identified by the green EU organic label.
Is there really no sugar added?
Our products are free of added sugars or sweeteners and contain only natural sugars. This natural sugar comes from the real ingredients such as freeze-dried strawberry or banana powder.
Can I also use the protein powder for baking?
Casein protein thickens more than whey protein. Due to its properties and texture it can be used excellently for cooking and baking, for example in recipes for muffins, puddings, cakes, pancakes and much more. Thus, the protein content of foods can be effectively increased.

Naturally contains milk sugar (lactose). A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Give 30g (about 3 tablespoons) of protein powder in 300 ml of milk, vegetable milk substitute (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) or water and then mix it with a shaker (including strainer) or blender. First fill the liquid into the shaker, then add the whey protein and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Ideal as an addition to smoothies, muesli/porridge, yogurts, puddings and much more. Due to its property and texture, it is also excellent for baking, for example, in recipes for muffins, cakes, pancakes. With Casein you can effectively increase the protein content of food.
