Using a gentle CFM production process, our native whey isolate is extracted directly from the milk, not from the whey as is generally the case. This makes it a pure whey protein isolate of the highest quality, with virtually no added fat or lactose. Production takes place in Bavaria and Austria.

It’s prepared with water instead of milk or plant-based milk alternatives. It’s light and refreshing, perfect for those craving a light and digestible protein drink. It’s more like a lemonade or soft drink than a traditional creamy protein shake.
Why does Clear whey foam when prepared?
We’re one of the few manufacturers to completely avoid artificial antifoams. We surveyed our community on this, and over 98% said they were against using antifoams. After shaking the drink in a shaker, wait a few minutes until the foam disappears. For the ultimate fresh kick, immediately refrigerate the shaker for 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can stir the powder directly into the water without shaking.
Why do you use stevia?
Unlike regular whey protein isolate, Clear Whey has a slightly sour taste, making it absolutely necessary to use a sweetener. We are the only manufacturer to avoid artificial anti-foaming agents and conventional sweeteners like sucralose or aspartame. As an alternative to conventional artificial sweeteners like sucralose or aspartame, we use only stevioglycosides from stevia as a natural sweetener. These are extracts from the stevia plant.
Is your Clear Whey lactose, gluten and soy free?
Yes, our protein powder is gluten and soy free, the lactose content is very low and is only 0.7 g per 100 g.
Is your whey cold-processed (CFM)?
Yes, our Clear Whey Isolate is cold-processed. But what does cold-processed actually mean? The whey protein is extracted using cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). The process uses no chemicals. Whey protein processed using CFM is therefore among the purest and highest-quality proteins available. The CFM filtration process ensures that the whey contains the highest possible proportion of essential amino acids. These are the amino acids that the body needs but cannot produce itself.
