The milk for our whey protein comes from certified organic farmers from Bavaria and Austria who keep their cows on species-appropriate large pastures. The cows eat grass and hay, and the addition of growth hormones and antibiotics is strictly avoided. Thus, we can guarantee that our whey protein is free of any residues. Is your Whey cold-processed (CFM)?
Yes, our organic whey is cold processed. But what does cold processing actually mean? Here, the whey protein is obtained by cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). The processing process works without chemicals. Whey protein, which is processed using CFM, is therefore among the purest and highest quality proteins. The CFM filtration process ensures that the whey has the highest possible level of essential amino acids. These are those amino acids that the body needs but can not generate by itself
What does organic quality mean?
All our raw materials are sourced exclusively from certified organic agriculture, where the use of antibiotics, pesticides and other chemical additives is strictly prohibited. Is there really no sugar added?
Our products are free of added sugars or sweeteners and contain only natural sugars. This natural sugar comes from the real ingredients such as freeze-dried strawberry or banana powder.
Can I also use the protein powder for baking?
Yes, that is possible. Just replace a certain amount of flour with our protein powder. Thus, one can effectively increase the protein content of some foods.

Zuerst die Flüssigkeit,

Für ca. 30 Sekunden
schütteln oder mixen
30 g (ca. 3 Esslöffel) Proteinpulver in 300 ml Wasser, Milch oder pflanzlichen Milchersatz (Haferdrink, Kokosdrink, Reisdrink, etc.) geben und mit einem Shaker oder Mixer vermischen. Dabei zuerst die Flüssigkeit, danach das Protein einfüllen.
Der klassische Shake ist ein effizienter Eiweißlieferant, aber nicht die einzige Möglichkeit Proteine über die Nahrung zuzuführen. Das Proteinpulver ist auch ideal als Zugabe zu Smoothies, Bowls, Porridges oder Joghurt. Es eignet sich außerdem hervorragend zum Backen und um effektiv den Proteingehalt von Speisen zu erhöhen.
