400 g | Organic zucchini |
150 g | Organic onion |
200 g | Ocarrots |
55 g | AlpenPower Organic Hemp Protein |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tbsp | Flour of your choice |
1 tsp | Curry paste |

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Grate the zucchini, put it in a sieve and mix with 1 tsp salt. Then leave to drain for approx. 30 minutes. Grate the rest of the vegetables and mix with the hemp protein and spices. Squeeze the zucchini and add them.
Add flour or cornflour, mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Form six loafes and place on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes. Flip the loafes halfway through.
