How to start a perfect day: have these protein pancakes for breakfast.

|100 g||Organic oatmeal or organic whole-grain flour|
|60 g||AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein or Organic Casein Protein|
|1 pkg.||Baking powder|
|200 ml||Oorganic milk or plant-based milk|
|Oil for frying|
Blend the flour, protein and baking powder in a big bowl.
Add milk and the egg. Mix until smooth and let sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat a slightly oiled pan and bake the pancakes at medium heat. Allow to cook properly and do not flip too early. Bake both sides for around 2 minutes until goldbrown.
Add your favourite toppings like fresh fruits, yoghurt or maple syrup.
