How do the products complement each other?
Whey protein, casein protein and creatine are the perfect combination for successful muscle building. Whey protein provides important building blocks for muscles and is metabolized very quickly. This makes it ideal for after training. Casein protein, on the other hand, is metabolized over several hours and the amino acid level remains constant. Taking it shortly before going to bed is ideal for supplying the body throughout the night. A regular intake of creatine promotes muscle growth and improves strength endurance and speed strength in order to be able to call up even more performance during training.
What does organic quality mean?
We obtain all of our raw materials exclusively from controlled organic agriculture, where the use of antibiotics, pesticides and other chemical additives is strictly prohibited. Add 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) protein powder to 300 ml milk, plant-based milk substitute (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) or water and then mix with a shaker (including sieve insert) or mixer. First pour the liquid into the shaker, then add the whey protein and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. 1-3 servings, as needed. For best results, we recommend one serving immediately after training.
Take 3 g (corresponds to approx. 1 teaspoon) daily with at least 300 ml of liquid, preferably before training. Can also be added to shakes, smoothies, etc.
